Erika K. Patterson, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
A growing body of research combined with long-standing clinical wisdom supports the holistic inclusion of mind, body, and spirit to alleviate personal pain, strengthen health, provide the foundations for growth, and encourage lasting change.
I utilize mind-body interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), NeuroMeditation & Mindfulness, Biofeedback, and Yoga-Based Approaches. I also emphasize the context of social, cultural, and environmental factors underlying mental health.
You will recieve high-quality, sensitive care in the context of your unique life experiences, to both address difficulties and enhance well-being. Therapy becomes a safe place to sort out life's challenges and find inner and outer resources for healing.

In light of the current recommended precautions to protect vulnerable individuals and families, I am using telehealth services. I continuously evaluate when I will be able to safely re-open, and will as soon as it is possible. I am gratified to see telehealth continuing to make therapy more accessible to many people as a highly effective option when in-person sessions are not possible.
